What is Tactical Trunk Monkey and who is behind it?

Tactical Trunk Monkey is your new favorite website. But you already knew that. Behind it are a bunch of fun loving
airsoft enthusiasts who want to make all your airsoft dreams come true.


I only see one Item, Do you sell anything else?

No. We only sell 1 item per day. That keeps it simple, and keeps you guessing what we are going to put up next.


What is the Schedule for new Items?

The short answer: we offer a new item every single day. It's a random times but typically in the morning.


I missed yesterdays item. Can I still get one?

No, well maybe, but not today. If we don't sell out of the item you may see it again at a later date, but no
promises


I want to talk to a live person, Can I call you?

No. We are way to busy shipping orders and trying to find new ultra cool Chi-Chi stuff to make you the most
hardcore grown up playing Army men in the woods you can be.


Will I receive customer support like I'm used to?


No. Well not really. If you end up having what we in the business call buyers remorse, sell it on e-bay.

It's likely you'll make money doing this and save everyone a hassle. If the item doesn't work, find out what
you're doing wrong. Yes, we know you think the item is bad, but it's probably your fault. Google your problem,
or check around on some airsoft forums to see if anybody else knows what you are doing wrong and how to fix it.
call the manufacturer and ask if they know. If you give up and decide you have to return the item to us follow on
down to the next question.


How do I return a defective product?

You don't.... the item was sold as is without any warranty at an insanely cheap price. We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, warranty...etc. We simply provide the item at a crazy price, and really fast shipping. Nothing else offered. Some items may have a manufacture's warranty. You could determine the manufacture of the item and contact them directly; however, we do not assist in this process. No we do not know or have contact information of the manufacturer.

Will you ever tell us how many units are remaining in a given sale?

NO. That's part of the fun. Don't ask, we won't tell you.


Why is the "I NEED IT" button changing colors

The I NEED IT button changes colors when the item stock is changing. Green means we're Good to Go, Yellow means
we're running a little dry, and red means you missed it and it's now time for you to find your blanky and cry until
the next item comes up.


How do I order?

Click the "I NEED IT" button, then click checkout. Fill out the form. You've probably done this before


What payment options do I have?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not take American express, Checks, Money orders, Cash
Gold (in the form of dust or nuggets), or empty promises. Also due to security reasons we do not take Gift Cards.
If you can't link the Card to a billing address the system won't take it.


What are my shipping options?

Right now they are pretty limited. We can either ship it if your order it or not ship it if you don't

Will use a major carrier and most orders will ship out within 3-4 business days. Most of the time we will use
UPS, occasionally we may change to Fed-ex or the good old USPS in order to same some dough


How can I track my order?


Regardless of shipping method you will receive tracking for your item the day it ships out. This is an automated
process and will be sent to the e-mail address you provide with your order, so if you think you are pulling a fast
one on us by not providing us with a legitimate e-mail, the jokes on you 'cause you aint' gettin' no tracking
number. So there


I live in Timbucktu/Antarctica, do you ship to my neighborhood?


No, currently we only ship to the continental US with a few exceptions. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Additionally we do not ship to any P.O. boxes. If you want to order from
us you have to provide us with a physical address to ship the item to. If you place an order and your address is
any of the ones above that we don't ship to your order will be refunded minus 10 percent. You've been warned. Don't
come crying to us.


Are there any restrictions to order?

Yes you must be 18 years of age. Also we are not responsible to know what your local laws are regarding some of
these items, so it may be a good idea to check those out before you order.


If I order 1 gazillion of these, will I get them all?


We will not contact you asking if you only want the 3 left in stock. We will send you all we have and refund the difference for the ones we do not have. A notation will be on your order stating what was done.


I'll take them all, What is my discount?

You don't get one, sorry. If you order multiples of any item you will save some on shipping. That's about it.


I'm a wholesaler/Retailer/Prince of Liectenschtein. Can I buy from you in bulk?

No, No, and Definitely no (see two questions above). We give everybody the same chance to get one of these gems,
so why don't you share and share alike?


Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of all that is good and airsofty, which just happens to be outside of Houston Texas,
where the summers are hot and airsoft flows like lemonade springs with gumdrop smiles. Ok maybe not that last bit.


Do you have a privacy policy? Is it a secret?

Yes we do, no it's not a secret, Basically we won't sell any of your information to anyone for any reason. Unless
you make us mad, in which case we may sign you up for a few dating sites.
